Order our Tasty Trio - that’s three menu plans, three different themes, and three different CoPilot plans, and you essentially get one for free!

You are in control! The quality of the ingredients you use is at your discretion, and our plan takes into account all the allergies and food preferences you tell us about, so it will never include something you or your guests can't or won't eat!

With each MealMastery Scrumptious Single plan you will receive a recipes for a 5-10 course menu based on the theme or interests that you specify. You also receive the MealMastery CoPilot™ - a combined shopping list, planner, and step by step guide that helps you time the preparation of all the dishes in your menu plan. The MealMastery CoPilot™ is what helps you bring it all together seamlessly.
With the Tasty Trio plan just multiply everything times 3, for only twice the price. Having three options means you’ll have more options for that special shindig you’re throwing, or it will give you an excuse to have two extra parties! (In either case, be sure to email us an invite, okay?)

Our MindfulMeals planning is your key to making a lifestyle change as simple as boiling water. Try one for a day, order for the week or for the whole month and you'll get all you need to take control of what you eat. Once a week we'll send you that a shopping list with the week's needed ingredients and all of the easy-to-follow recipes you'll need, all picked to suit your requirements. Want even more guidance? Add on healthy snack, dessert and drink suggestions to keep those little extras you might like under your control.
You don't have to worry about whether your food may be cross contaminated with allergens. If you want to use only free-range meats and organic foods, you can! You don't have to worry about extra fats, unnecessary sugars, or questionable preservatives, because we'll help you cook with whole, healthy foods and put them together in ways that taste great.
If your dietitian, physician or nutritionist has given you guidelines, we will provide meals that follow those guidelines to the letter. Eating low carb? Low fat? Vegetarian? Vegan? Celiac? On a weight loss plan like Atkins, South Beach, Low Glycemic, or Insulin Resistant? Just decreasing your caloric intake? We'll get all the information we need from you in our questionnaire and we'll do the leg work. We'll give you the meal plan and a shopping list every week - all the organizing is done for you! If you're cooking for 2, our meal plans will be suited to the appropriate portion size. Cooking for 6? No problem. It's all about what YOU need. Just shop and cook!
If you're not accustomed to being in the kitchen, this is your chance to change. Learning to cook requires a hands-on approach over time, and our menu plans will help you in the easiest, most organic way. We'll take your skill level into account when preparing your meal plans and increase the required skill level (if you want!) as you get more proficient. We'll help you learn to cook fresh and healthy, and learn to cook seasonably (we'll work along your CSA's schedule if you use one!) You can begin to build your cooking skills and take control of what you put into your body!
We do the busy work, you get to enjoy the results! We find and develop the meals that will work for you, put them all together in a plan, give you a plan and a shopping list every week, and all you have to do is follow the list, look at the recipe, and go! Looking to stay within a time frame? We can help you do that. Depending on your dietary requirements we can make sure to give you only meals that take 30 minutes or less, or use 5 ingredients or less! Whatever is most convenient for you!
We give you a shopping list with our meal plans - this way you avoid wandering through the grocery store and picking up all sorts of expensive extras (and foods that aren't good for you!) that you might buy otherwise. Meal Mastery Meal Planning can help you stay within a budget. Additionally, our plans save you hundreds over what alternative service providers charge for similar services that don't even provide as much assistance as we do!
Each MealMastery MindfulMeals package gives you a shopping list and easy-to-follow recipes designed with your needs in mind. Each day will provide a breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal option (or 6 smaller, simpler meals if that suits your lifestyle better - remember, weʼre here to tailor your plan for your needs!).
Fill out our questionnaire during the order process and weʼll ask you everything we need to know to tailor your meals to your needs. Have general guidelines from your physician? Specific criteria from your nutritionist? We can handle that! Diagnosed with celiac, IBS, IBD or insulin resistance issues? Religious dietary restrictions? We can plan your meals with any of these issues in mind. Tell us you want to keep each day under 1500 calories and weʼll design a plan that puts you just where you want to be!
